Dear CNN,
On Wednesday you will air something called The Minds of the DC Snipers, which was put together by your Special Investigations Unit.
You are a globally televised news organization with the means to interview any one of the six and a half billion or so minds that this planet has to offer.
If you wished..
..you could help us get inside the mind of Edward Witten, a theoretical Physicist, a genius, a man considered by most physicists to be Einstein's real successor..
..or you could help us get inside the mind of Maya Angelou, one of the most insightful and inspiring poets this country has ever produced..
..or you could help us get inside the mind of Malalai Joya, a remarkably courageous woman who was thrown out of the Afghan Parliament for having the guts to demand that the warlords and drug traffickers who make up that phony legislature be brought to justice rather than given legitimacy; a woman of integrity who has survived four assassination attempts in her efforts to call attention to the horrors that women endure in Afghanistan.
A world full of magnificent and beautiful minds to choose from and you decide to explore the minds of two scumbags who systematically murdered people for their own selfish and disgusting reasons?
You, CNN, are trash.
